Screen printing equipment

THIEME screen printing machines, combined with the proper peripheral equipment by Grunig, SignTronic (CtS solutions, screen preparation) and Natgraph (dryers, curing systems), are the perfect solution for high volume sign productions, as well as printing on special substrates such as glass, mirror, wood, metal e.t.c.

Screen printing is the ideal method for road signs production, due to its ability to print on metal and reflective surfaces, long outdoor duration and scratch resistance of the inks, as well as high color density. Nazdar inks and screen printing consumables by KIWO, Sefar, complement any production line.

Print finishing – sign making equipment

Summa F Series and Valiani Integra, Invicta, Optima cutters achieve smooth finishing results on digital prints, whether on rigid or flexible substrates. VHF CnC machines mill plastics, aluminum, wood and soft digital printing media. Cutlite Penta’s laser cutters are ideal for metal, plastics, wood processing, while Summa L Series laser systems are suitable for textile cutting. For floor & window graphics production, Summa S One and S3 Class vinyl cutters will become your long life partner. GRAPHfoam hot wire CNC foam cutters are designed for creating arches, bases, columns, creative twisted shapes, sign letters, 3D logos and many other items out of expanded and extruded foam.

Print – signage media

A broad range of digital/screen printing and signage media for all kinds of indoor & outdoor applications is available. Create window and floor graphics, decorate walls, furniture, stairs and other surfaces using MACtac’s digital printing and marking films. For vehicle wrapping and advertising on bus and truck sides, specially designed vinyls and laminating films are available.

Select coated PVC banner materials (frontlit, backlit, mesh, blockout) by Mehler Texnologies, Serge Ferrari for banners, backlit signs and backdrops that don’t curl or turn yellow overtime. JM Textiles offers a variety of digital print fabrics for frame tensioning systems, scrolling boards, lightboxes, with FR and OEKO-TEX certifications. Synthetic films such as backlit PET and PP banner by Newcoatings are suitable for backlit applications, roll-ups and posters, using any ink technology available in the market.

For metal signs and special constructions, Cbond aluminum composite panels are printable, quite flexible, lightweight, can be shaped or curved and cost less than solid aluminum sheets.
