GRAPHCOM returns to Thessaloniki after seven years to showcase their latest solutions for printing, signage and packaging production workflows.
Building on the success of our previous events (1st Balkan Open House - 2011, Graphcom Demo Days 2018), this year's focus is going to be on the improvement of professionals' skills, streamline of workflows and establishing of meaningful co operations.
To this end, alongside an open equipment exhibition, we are organizing a series of workshops on various topics of interest, related to design, pre-printing, production flow and final application.
During these workshops, experts from GRAPHCOM and represented companies will perform software demos and show tools and technics that will help professionals optimize their production processes, including guided hands-on practice by the participants.
Workshops at a glance:
- How do we design a box, packaging or display? How do we use software tools to produce end product that comply to industry standards? How do we proceed with finishing?
- Self-adhesive film: What are the latest technological developments, which are the differences between various types of vinyl? Which application is each vinyl type suitable for, which are the main points we should pay attention at?
- Color management in digital printing: How do we achieve optimum printing results?
- How can we produce “the perfect screen” in screen printing?
The workshops are organized into small groups with a participation fee. GRAPHCOM will contribute and allocate the amount in double to a charitable cause (to be announced). Pre-registration is required and priority order will be followed. Register now and reserve your seat!
At the same time, a complete printing - finishing production line will be presented live, with the launching of the new, hybrid HP Latex R530 – premiere in the N. Greece market - and HP Latex 630W 4th gen printers in print & cut workflows, combined with Summa cutters (F series and S Class 3 respectively). Production cardboard box printer MTEX NS Multi 800 LB for packaging applications, Valiani Omnia flatbed cutter, Baumer hhs glue systems, screen printing and thermoforming equipment will also be on display.
