These versatile dryers for specialty inks use infrared and hot air in combination, hot air only or in combination with UV radiation. They are suitable for drying prints on fabrics, glass, telecommunications products, electronic and automotive parts, etc.

With 8 standard conveyor belt sizes (from 90cm to 215cm), PLC control system with touch screen, 4 versions with modular design, IR lamps, hot air supply up to 200°C, the systems in the series adapt to different production needs and offer flexibility and high efficiency.

Optionally:

Cooling units

Optional cooling units can be added where additional cooling is required, or where the material outlet temperature must be kept low. This is a useful option when the plant environment is hot. These units recirculate air through an internal coil (with air filter) which is connected to an external water chiller. The water is cooled appropriately to keep the system temperature under control. The external unit requires a separate power supply but is controlled by the dryer’s PLC system.

Recycling filters

An optional air recirculation filter system can be fitted to any high temperature unit. The system has a replaceable filter set at 200°C with an EU4 (4 microns) rating. It is fitted at the top of the system, within a stainless steel construction that ensures sufficient air flow into the dryer and prevents adulteration.
