SignTronic AG offers a wide range of Computer-to-Screen (CtS) solutions with the cutting-edge SWISS CtS TECHNOLOGY.
The current STM-D series represents the fourth generation of StencilMaster direct exposure systems.
Due to the multiple stages of the production process, conventional screen production is complex, expensive, and prone to errors. CtS technology sets new standards in this field and is distinguished by the following advantages: exceptional reproduction accuracy, absence of film, improved print quality, productivity, flexibility, and lower screen costs.
The robust construction of the StencilMaster system series, along with high-quality mechanical and electronic components, ensures stable printing results and standardized screen production.
The optical mechanism has been designed and implemented by SignTronic AG and Zeiss, guaranteeing continuous and homogeneous exposure.
The systems in the series are standalone but can be integrated as units into fully automatic screen printing production lines, offering an ideal in-line solution.

- Max. exposure format (H x W): from 1000 x 1000 mm up to 3600 x 4100 mm (9 standard sizes)
- Exposure speed: up to 650 mm/sec.
- High-quality exposure head with a guaranteed resolution of 1270 dpi
- LED_Q4, CPL lamp or LED DUO guarantee perfect exposure for almost all fabrics and emulsions.
- 100% precision for the image positioning on the screen, thanks to laser recording
- Designed for future upgrading from a stand-alone CtS exposure system into a fully automated IN-LINE overall (modular) system
