Mini UV Dryer

Natgraph is delighted to announce the launch of a new small format UV dryer. This product will be introduced to the market in May at Fespa 2019 and available for immediate orders thereafter.

This product brings the renowned Natgraph performance found in our larger equipment to the small format market. Featuring the renowned Natgraph Precision & Control and Energy Efficiency this product is the latest innovation founded on our Application Knowledge and Know How.

It will be available in conventional mercury, doped lamp and LED form. The product is aimed a low volume, small format applications and is ready for the lab and the factory.

The Mini UV will feature a maximum curing width of 600mm within a 1m x 1.5m footprint.

• Size: Maximum curing width is 600mm
• Speed: Belt speed is variable from 3-30 m/min
• Performance Lamp output in conventional form or LED for is 72-120 w/cm variable
  • Same performance as larger format Natgraph equipment
  • Focused reflection, Quartz IP filter for conventional head
• Ballast: Universal Electronic ballast to run conventional lamps or LED
• Flexibility: Universal Electronic ballast to run conventional lamps (Hg, Fe, GA) or LED
• LED Performance: Optional at 24 w/cm @385nm. Other wavelengths available on request.
• Doped Lamps Performance at 120 w/cm
• Futureproof: Conventional layout easily upgraded to LED
• Hybrid: Can be upgraded to simultaneous conventional & LED heads
  • Chassis will accommodate 2 ballasts
• Proven: Same UV lamphouse and quartz geometry proven in larger Natgraph
