Vastex “D” series ovens are specifically designed for the drying needs of white DTG printer inks, which are the most difficult inks to dry due to their high water content. Consequently, the units can also perform to high specifications in drying screen printing inks at high temperatures. Production capacity can be doubled, tripled or even quadrupled by adding a lamp and extending the conveyor belt.

Little Red “D” series models are supplied with a high temperature preheating zone that raises the temperature to 149°C+ within the first few centimetres of the belt travel. This process reduces the waiting time of the ink in the oven, as it exposes the ink to a higher temperature than the initial stages of drying, allowing for more productive speeds.
