Solvent based ink systems are extremely aggressive to polyurethane elastomers, resulting in swelling, edge deterioration and lower in-service life cycles. BMP’s Viper squeegee blades have been developed from a hybridcross linked polyurethane formulation that is highly resistant to UV and vinyl inks.
