Horizontal and ergonomic Rewinder to reduce rolls of material - Ø max rolls 250 mm, width max 1600 mm

A fast and economical rewinder for professional distributors of adhesive products and films to manufacture custome size lenghts from original rolls (max. diameter 250 mm).

The original roll is inserted horizontally between a fixed and an adjustable bracket. After setting the desired length (on the digital display) the film is pulled over to an empty carton roll and the machine starts to rewind the film automatically (adjustable speed). 

The machine will slow down and stop automatically as soon as the set length is reached. In the meantime the operator is free to prepare the next order. Thanks to the ergonomic concept of master Roll Horizon 160 the operator can produce metratures continously without becoming tired.
