Vertical Rewinder to produce short rolls - max Ø of rolls 240 mm, max width 1500 mm

The graphic designer creativity combined to the wider choice of adhesive PVC materials now available brings the operators to keep larger stocks of material, often with some coloured materials which remain unemployed after a first use. In order to reduce this problem, costumers ask their distributors only for a part of roll of a specific colour, so the distributors need to meet these requests quickly and efficiently.
With master Roll setting the required length has now become a fast and easy operation. Rolls are quickly loaded without having to set the locks. The roll is simply fitted into the support and it locks after a first rotation. Once the required length is set on the digital display, the film is automatically rewound and stops when the length is reached. So the operator can prepare the next operation while the machine works. According to the kind of material and its dimension, it is possible to adjust the speed through the potentiometer to ensure the best performance. The machine includes a roll braking adjustment and a film cutting guide to be used once the rewinding operations are complete.
