Automatic roller cutter with movable auxiliary shaft
Roll cutting system (adhesive vinyls, banners, tarpaulins, transfer films, fabrics, etc.) with rotating blade. The Tesis R has an additional rewinding function that allows "breaking" rolls of larger diameter or length of material into smaller rolls. This reduces material costs and increases flexibility.
Practical and safe, the machine features an easy roll loading and unloading system. The operator does not have to lift the weight of the roll during this process. The roll is easily secured to the shaft, thanks to the pneumatic shaft system that is activated at the touch of a switch. The roll is held on the rotating shaft by the inside of the core of the roll and thus the material is not damaged.
The shaft is made of aluminium and is covered with a special protective material that is replaced when worn. The rotating blade has a safety cover that releases the blade when it gets too close to the roll. A special lubricant may be used on the blade to prevent adhesive from being deposited on it by the rolls. The lubricant is released by pressing a button next to the handle.
The Tesis R has an electronic cutting length indicator. In addition, it is possible to set the desired length so that the rewinding stops at the set length.
The position of the blade is easily adjusted with the help of a special knob, that rotates and engages on a rack. The process of changing the standard 3-inch (75 mm) spindle is simple and quick. The Tesis R also accepts 25, 50 and 57 mm spindles.
The machine is compliant with CE Standards.
