Flexadome is Flexa's new UV doming model that offers 3D effects on labels made of PVC, polyester etc.
Traditional doming systems with two components, resin and catalyst, present specific problems: the waste of materials due to the mixing of the two components and the cleaning of the mixer, the release of unpleasant odours, the presence of toxic substances, the short lifetime of the applications due to resin hardening, the possible formation of bubbles in the resin due to its sensitivity to moisture and finally the waste production which makes the working conditions not very easy and safe.
Flexa offers an alternative to all of the above: a resin component that is polymerized by UV (ultraviolet) radiation.

The main advantages of the system are:

The non-mixing of the components prevents the formation of bubbles in the resin
Absence of harmful derivatives, toxic by inhalation or in contact with the skin (such as isocyanates)
Improved moisture resistance compared to polyurethane resins, avoiding bubbles
Economy of resin, nozzles and plastic containers
Shorter gel formation time, approximately 10-12 minutes
Ease of use and high productivity, especially when using a digital timer

Flexadome is available in three versions:

FLEXADOME Advanced System (professional results and high productivity)
FLEXADOME Smart System (professional result for non-systematic use).
FLEXADOME Demo Kit (ideal for testing and evaluation of the system)
