Flexa PGM are heating line bending Equipment designed for the heat folding of different thermoplastic materials, entirely made on stainless steel or aluminium structure (according to the model), with side bars. The PGM systems can heat the material along a precise and clear
line of the plates of methacrylate, acrylics or polycarbonate in order to get clean folds without angling limits (from 0 to 180 degrees) with no need of a milling to complete the job. Standard supplied with a fitting circuit for water cooling system and connectors. All models are manufactured according to CE standards.

PGM MB-ACC is a linear heating unit for heat bending of both sides of thermoplastic sheets (PMMA, PVC, PETG, ABS, PS, etc.) up to 15 mm thickness. Especially suitable for large production runs.

Quartz heating elements adjustable on the working bench
Chromed-steel tubular structure connected to an external water-cooling system (optional)
Pneumatic lifting system for the upper heating unit, to manage the operating cycle
The upper unit can be rotated and placed side by side with the lower unit
Separate electronic temperature control for each heating element
