X/Y Automatic Board Cutter
The new XLF 200 is a soft board version of the XL series FOTOBA cutters.
Designed to work up to 200/80" width, it is the perfect solution to trim at high speed in both X and Y directions (straight cut only) high volume digitally printed soft boards.
The XLF 200 is the ideal companion for all the new fast flatbed printers.
Regardless of any feed misalignment, the XLF will automatically re-align itself to the edge of the image, even if the printer fails to print parallel to the media edge, or if the board is not fed perfectly straight. The cutter can handle up to 4 vertical cuts (patent pending) at the same time
The XLF 200 follows the Fotoba cut marks which are embedded in all the popular software RIPS.
• Self squaring to the edge of the image (X)
• Automatic tracking of the image edge(Y)
• Automatic scanning of the cut marks
• All mechanism controlled by stepper motors
