X/Y Automatic Super Wide Roll Cutters
XXL 500 X/Y Automatic Super Wide Roll Cutter (patent pending) is the solution for the finishing of multiple images printed on wide or super webs.
XXL 500 uses the FOTOBA CUT MARKS to cut perfectly on the image side and can correct web tracking errors made by the printers. Even if the prints are not parallel to the web edge, or the roll is not wound square, the cutter will follow the image or the media edge and compensate for print production inaccuracies.
The cutter can handle numerous types of media with a maximum thickness of 0.8mm (32ml) including Polycarbonates, Laminated and Encapsulated media, Photo paper, Vinyl, Banner, Sticky Back Vinyl, PVC, Inkjet and Electrostatic Plotters media, Graphic Art Film, Duratrans and much more.
