Cutlite Penta MPL 2515

Springing from the need to meet the constant demand for compact machines with medium-to-large sized working fields and high powers, the MPL has become the reference system thanks to its versatility, cutting quality, unbeatable value-for-money, and reliability. By incorporating the structure and all the accessories into one single unit, the MPL 2515 has fulfilled all requirements, offering reduced size, a useful working field of 2500 x 1500 mm (8' x 5'), and the possibility of installing powers of from 100W to 1500W. Due to its amazing versatility, the MPL laser system can be configured differently for the cutting of dies, plastic materials and metals, always guaranteeing excellent results. 

Moreover, a special version of this system enables the combination of all three applications in one single configuration, offering unprecedented competitiveness and quality. MPL is equipped with the new CNC SMART AXIS as well as an interfacing software capable of interpreting the most widely used 2D data formats. 
As an option it can also be supplied with software consisting of the three following integrated models: 

• CAM 2D 
• Item library 
• Nesting/Optimizer 

The potential of the new CNC SMART AXIS is exploited to the full by MPL. In fact, with the possibility of managing up to 200 different types of storable cuts, a system is obtained capable of producing dies of every type and composition, without any limit whatsoever. The parameter-setting of the work field offers the user the advantage of storing the responses to the cutting of various types of wood inside the CNC, thus optimizing selection according to quality. 

Thanks to this feature, the MPL system guarantees a high metal cutting quality. The reduced dimensions and installable powers make it particularly interesting for all those companies intent on carrying out high-quality, in-factory machining at low costs. The jointed arm with optical deflection, a feature of the PLN tip, is now also incorporated into the MPL model endowing the latter with all its advantages. The elevated consistency of its performance and quality over time are therefore typical features of the MPL at the relative intensity levels.
