PREGAN ANTIGHOST

Viscous cleaning agent for the removal of ghost images and mesh colourations

PREGAN ANTIGHOST is used for the removal of ghost images and mesh colourations. PREGAN ANTIGHOST can unrestrictedly be used on polyester meshes, do not exceed a reaction time of 1 hour on nylon or V2A meshes. When using V2A meshes its application can further be restricted due to varying qualities or pre-damages caused by other chemicals. Trials are essential. PREGAN ANTIGHOST is not suitable for metallized (nickel-plated) polyester meshes.

PREGAN PASTE

Alkaline cleaning paste, roughening agent for aluminium frames 

PREGAN PASTE is used to clean and degrease screen meshes and metal surfaces in the engraving plant. In combination with PREGAN post-cleaners (e.g. PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN) it is used for the removal of ink or emulsion residue after decoating. In addition to the effect of alkaline solutions which reduce natural fats, PREGAN PASTE also emulsifies synthetic fats, mineral oils and other contaminants. In one broad effect, all practical aspects of cleaning and degreasing are covered. PREGAN PASTE can also be used as a roughening agent for aluminium frames.

PREGAN NT-PASTE

Alkaline cleaning paste made of renewable raw materials

PREGAN NT-PASTE is used to clean and degrease screen meshes and metal surfaces in the engraving plant. In combination with solvent based activators as e.g. PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN or PREGAN UNI GEL it is used for the removal of ink or emulsion residue after decoating. In addition to the effect of alkaline solutions which reduce natural fats, PREGAN NT-PASTE also emulsifies synthetic fats, mineral oils and other contamination. In one broad effect, all practical aspects of cleaning and degreasing arecovered. PREGAN NT-PASTE can also be used as a roughening agent for aluminium frames. All ingredients (except alkaline components) are made of renewable raw materials and are therefore biodegradable.

PREGAN MEGACLEAN X-TRA

Alkaline activator and screen cleaner based on biodegradable solvents 

PREGAN MEGACLEAN X-TRA is a viscous, solvent based, alkaline screen cleaner for the removal ofink ghost images after decoating. In combination with ghost image removers (e.g. PREGANANTIGHOST) it can also be used as an activator for the removal of emulsion residue and Diazo veils.PREGAN MEGACLEAN X-TRA has a high flash point and is almost odour free. The high viscosity allowsapplication by using a coating trough or brush. In usual working dilution, the cleaner/ water mixtures canbe emptied into adapted biological sewage plants.

PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN

Water emulsifiable solvent based activator and screen cleaner

PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN is a water emulsifiable, solvent based screen cleaner. In combination with alkaline cleaning products it is especially suitable for the removal of ghost images, ink and emulsion residue (activator). As a screen cleaner PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN is also suitable for the removal of many printing inks. It has a high flash point, is very mild in odour and also economical for coarse mesh due to its high viscosity. PREGAN COMBI-CLEAN is free from aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Entrainment by solvents can be eliminated in adapted biological sewage plants.

PREGAN UNI-GEL

Water emulsifiable cleaning gel based on biodegradable solvents
PREGAN UNI-GEL is a ready-to-use, water emulsifiable, solvent based screen cleaning gel. It is used for the removal of ink residue before and after decoating. It is especially suitable when longer reaction times are required for very stubborn contamination. PREGAN UNI-GEL is free from aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Entrainment by solvents can be eliminated in adapted biological sewage plants.
