Antistatic fiber

Printing, laminating or simple unwinding of roll material of adhesive films or paper causes a static charge which hits the operator in form of an unpleasant discharge as soon as he comes in contact with a grounded part. Another disadvantage is that any statically loaded film or paper immediately attracts dust. Both affect the print quality the mounting of adhesive films.

FLEXA Antistatic Fiber automatically derives static charges through the ground connection of the machine frame (printer, laminator, cutting system, etc). After the installation, the operator is never bothered again by static discharge.   

A simple and effective solution can be achieved by fitting an aluminium bar above the material transport. Multiple sections of FLEXA Antistatic Fiber must be attached to this bar so that they touch the material. Through contact with the material, the static charge is automatically derived to the machine frame which is grounded. There are no more annoying discharge shocks for the operator.

Flexa Antistatic Fibres are made of anti-oxidant material and stainless steel.
