Impulse welding machine, automatic folding - working width 3400 mm, welding width 14 mm

A complete thermal and hem pocket folding (full automatic) machine for PVC coated fabrics, sunscreen fabrics, and Soltis®. The machine has a net working width of 3500 mm. The welding system is based on the impulse technique. The average hem pocket folding and welding and compressing time is approx 25 sec. The screen fabric is put against an adjustable length stop, then the operator start the folding process. After folding the fabric automatically moves under the welding bars, the upper welding bar comes down and the welding and cooling down process starts.
The impulse welding technique is a new alternative to high frequency, hot-air or ultrasonic welding to weld hem pockets, to join fabrics or to make batten welds. The cycle time is short and the price is quite convenient. With this technology you don’t have dangerous irradiations (high frequency), no electromagnetic troubles on the main supply (high frequency) and you have the same result at a lower energy consumption and a cheaper price than the high frequency.
